How an order moves.
Six steps, each with a deadline attached. Nobody has to chase anybody — if a window is missed, the order unwinds on its own.
No one has to chase
Every window that lapses does something on its own: it cancels the order, refunds the card, or releases the money. There is no support ticket in the middle of it.

Reseller places the order
Stock is reserved from the supplier’s live count the moment the basket is confirmed.

Payment taken within 24h
The card is charged in full. Miss the window and the order cancels itself.

Supplier confirms within 48h
No confirmation, no order — it cancels and refunds without anyone chasing it.

Held in escrow
The money sits with neither side while the goods move. This is the part everything else is built around.

Shipped and delivered
Tracked to the door. Delivery opens a 14-day return window.

Released to the supplier
21 days after delivery, less 6% + 25p — or sooner, if the reseller confirms early.
