For suppliers

Sell wholesale
without the admin.

Publish your catalogue once and sell to UK resellers. No integration work, no connector to build, and no fee until an order completes.

What you get

A wholesale storefront that resellers can browse, order from, and pay into — without you keying an order in, chasing an invoice, or answering an email to confirm stock.

  • Live the day you register. No engineering project and no connector to build. You publish a catalogue and it is browsable.
  • Orders arrive confirmed and paid. Money is already held by the platform before the order reaches you, so there is nothing to invoice and nothing to chase.
  • Every reseller, not a shortlist. There is no approval queue to work through — every reseller on the platform can see your catalogue from the moment it is published.
  • Nothing to pay until an order completes. See Pricing.

Publishing your catalogue

A product carries its variants, its trade price, its stock level and its barcode. Stock is the number resellers see, so it is the number they order against.

  • Bulk import. Upload a spreadsheet rather than adding products one at a time. Rows are validated before anything is written, and a run that finds problems reports them per row instead of failing silently.
  • One shared taxonomy. Products are filed against the full Shopify product taxonomy, so a reseller filtering to the sub-category they sell finds yours rather than scrolling past it.
  • Barcodes are normalised. A UPC-A and the EAN-13 of the same item are stored in the same GTIN-14 form, so your listing is recognised as the same product other suppliers carry rather than a separate one.
  • A stock ledger, not a number.Every change to a variant's stock is recorded with the quantity before and after it, so a level that moved can be explained rather than guessed at.

Shipping

You define your own UK shipping zones and the rates that apply to each. A reseller sees the delivered price before they order, and the order arrives with the destination already priced — there is no quoting step and no back-and-forth.

How orders reach you

An order is placed and paid for before you see it. From that point the platform runs the clock.

Stage

You have

If the deadline passes

Confirm the order

48 hours

The order is cancelled and the reseller refunded. Nothing is clawed back from you.

Dispatch and add tracking

2 business days

A conduct standard rather than an automatic action — see below.

If an order cannot be fulfilled, cancelling it promptly refunds the reseller and is always better than letting the confirmation deadline lapse.

Getting paid

Payments run through Stripe. The reseller's money is held by the platform from the moment they pay until the order has been delivered and the 14-day return window has closed — 21 days after delivery, the payout is released automatically, less the platform fee and any refunds already agreed.

Nobody has to ask for it and nobody can withhold it. An order under an open payment dispute is held rather than released, and stays held until the dispute is decided; that is the one case where the clock stops.

What we expect

Confirming an order is a commitment to fulfil it. These are conditions of listing rather than timers the software enforces, and we say so plainly rather than dressing them up as guarantees.

  • Dispatch within 2 business days of confirming, and mark the order as shipped in the same action rather than afterwards, with tracking entered against it.
  • Keep stock honest. A listing that cannot be fulfilled costs the reseller a customer, not just an order.
  • Decline rather than delay. Cancelling an order you cannot fulfil is better than letting it time out.

Packaging is the strict one

Orders are placed by resellers but delivered to their customers, who have no relationship with you and did not choose you. No supplier branding, marketing inserts or business cards, and no invoices, receipts or delivery notes showing what the reseller paid. Of every standard on this page it is the one whose breach is least recoverable, because a reseller cannot un-send a parcel that arrived carrying someone else's brand and their own cost price.

Getting started

Registration takes two fields. The business details come after you verify your email, and you can be publishing the same day.
