What you get

Live catalogues from UK suppliers, with real stock counts, trade prices, and delivered shipping already worked out. You order, they pack and ship, and the money is held safely in between.

  • No connection to request. Every active supplier is open to order from. There is nothing to apply for and nothing to wait on.
  • Stock counts you can trust enough to sell against. The number you see is the number you order against, and every movement behind it is recorded.
  • Your customer never sees the supplier. Parcels carry no supplier branding and no document showing what you paid.
  • The platform fee is not yours. It comes out of the supplier's payout — you pay the price you saw. See Pricing.

Finding products

Search across every supplier at once rather than opening them one at a time, then narrow to the sub-category you actually sell.

  • One shared taxonomy. Every product on the platform is filed against the same Shopify product taxonomy, so a category means the same thing whichever supplier a product came from.
  • One card per item, not per listing. Where several suppliers carry the same product it is shown once, so the grid is a list of things to sell rather than a list of listings.
  • “Also sold by”. On a product you are looking at, every other supplier carrying the same item is shown with their price, so you can compare before you commit.
  • A catalogue of your own. Add what you sell to your catalogue and work from that, rather than searching the whole marketplace every time.

Your margin

You set a markup on top of the trade price, and it resolves from the most specific setting to the least:

That product only

Everything from that supplier

Everything else

The margin is entirely yours. Feed API takes no share of it, and never sees the price you charge your own customer.

Placing orders

Order in the dashboard or over the API. Either way the order is placed against live stock, which is reserved the moment the order is created rather than when it is paid.

Stage

Deadline

What happens at the deadline

You pay

24 hours

The order expires and stock returns to the supplier.

Supplier confirms

48 hours

The order is cancelled and you are refunded.

Return window

14 days from delivery

Return requests close, in the dashboard and over the API.

What protects the money

Payments run through Stripe and are held by the platform from the moment you pay until the order has been delivered and the return window has closed. The supplier is not paid before delivery, and you are not left out of pocket if something goes wrong.

Held, not spent

Money in escrow is held, never spent, never lent, and never ours. An order under an open payment dispute is held rather than released, and stays held until the dispute is decided.

Automating it

Everything above is available over a REST API, so a storefront can drive the whole thing without anyone opening the dashboard.

  • 23 endpoints covering products, orders, suppliers, categories, inventory and webhooks.
  • Keys you control. Generate a key from the dashboard, limit it to a subset of eight scopes, and give it an expiry date if you want one.
  • Idempotent order creation. Send your own reference and a retried request can never create a second order.
  • Webhooks instead of polling. 19 events covering orders, returns, products, stock and your account, each delivery signed with HMAC-SHA256 so you can verify it came from us.

Getting started

Registration takes two fields. The business details come after you verify your email, and you can be browsing catalogues the same day.
